We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.


EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
