If you are not fully satisfied with your kitchen item, we’re here to help.

Returns (Within 14 Days)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

❗ Hygiene & Safety Rules for Kitchen Items

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Used kitchen tools or utensils

Items showing food residue, stains, or signs of use

Items not in original packaging

Clearance or final sale products

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at:

Please include:

Your name

Order number

Reason for return

Photos (only if damaged/incorrect)

We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Wrong Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
